Do you supply to the public or trade only?

We are both Trade and Retail manufacturer, working with kitchen studios, builders, developers and interior designers. We manufacture to specification based on drawings provided by trade professionals.

How do I place an order?

Simply send us your drawings or specification, and we’ll provide a clear, competitive quote. Once approved, we proceed with manufacturing and arrange delivery.

What is your typical lead time?

Our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks, depending on the materials, finishes and complexity of the project. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are:

50% deposit upon order confirmation
50% balance payable BEFORE Delivery

Do you offer bespoke sizes and custom units?

Yes — all of our furniture is manufactured to your specification, including custom sizes, reduced or extended depths, and bespoke configurations.

What materials and components do you use?

We manufacture using trusted, industry-leading materials including:

Egger boards
Blum soft-close hinges
Grass drawer systems
Doors from suppliers such as PWS and Uform

This ensures consistent quality and long-term reliability.

How are your units constructed?

All carcasses are glued and dowelled, rather than clipped together. This creates a stronger, more durable product that performs better over time.

Do you install the furniture?

No — we are a manufacturing partner only. We supply fully manufactured units ready for installation by your team.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Essex, London, Kent and the wider South East, using our own transport where possible, or courier services when required
